Every relationship, loss, responsibility, rejection, and act of survival helped shaped you. Over time, your responses formed ways of thinking, feeling, speaking, and participating in life that became so familiar they began to feel like your identity.

The Person You Had to Become is a six-week live online course that will help you understand the 'Structure of Love' I have created as a result of my near-death experience.

Together, we will explore how your experiences became part of your internal structure, how your voice learned when to speak and when to go quiet, and how the ways you adapted continue to influence your relationships, choices, and understanding of yourself.

Every adaptation of yourself has carried intelligence and serves a purpose. Then something begins to shift. You're curious about what lies beyond what you know to be life. Maybe you've changed jobs, gotten divorced, are grieving the loss of someone close to and you're curious about why your life has had a repeating pattern throughout it.

This course is an opportunity to meet yourself beyond the roles and titles you have held on to and the identities life required of you to build. You will leave with a clearer understanding of who you became, why you became that person, and who you are ready to become from here.
